Creating A More Equitable World
Elizabeth believes a more equitable World starts with people of all abilities living full and meaningful lives. Having four sisters with Down syndrome, she understands the importance that Special Needs Planning plays in achieving that. Elizabeth helps parents who have children with special needs go from being uncertain of the future to feeling at ease with what’s to come. Learning a family’s story, their hopes and their dreams, is the foundation of a great plan and she believes that Special Needs Financial Planning must come from a place of understanding and compassion for each individual involved in the process.
Elizabeth is on the board for GiGi’s Playhouse Detroit, a Down syndrome achievement center that provides free resources for any individual with a diagnosis. Along with other special needs professionals, Elizabeth is a member of the Academy of Special Needs Planners. She believes in the team approach and understands the importance of cultivating relationships with subject matter experts in various fields to help ensure her clients can confidently pursue their goals.
